Akperan Orshi Polytechnic, Yandev invites all students, AOPOLY Community and the general public to the 27th Matriculation Ceremony scheduled for Thursday 14th May, 2026 at Polytechnic Hall 1 by 10:00am. Newly admitted registered students should collect academic gowns at Students’ Affairs Division on Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th May, 2026, and return them on Friday 15th May, 2026.
The 9th Governing Council headed by Lady Victoria Pillah, PhD and the management of Akperan Orshi Polyetchnic Yandev undertook a rigorous exercise to fill the existing vacancy for the position of rector of the institution. The position was advertised, twenty-three(23) candidates applied, eight(8) were shortlisted while fifteen(15) were disqualified.
Akperen Orshi Polytechnic, Yandev in Gboko Local Government Area of Benue State, has acknowledged the receipt of ₦16,610,900 from the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) to support students of the institution for the 2025/2026 academic session.
